01Data controller
INTEXTRED LOGISTICS, Plovdivsko Shose 107, 4400 Pazardzhik, Bulgaria, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at office@intextredlogistic.com or +359 878 939 333.
02What data we process
This is a static, informational website. It has no user accounts, no registration, and no analytics — it does not collect any data about you automatically.
We process only the data you choose to send us yourself — by phone, by email, or through the contact form: your name, your contact details, and the content of your message. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and delivered to our mailbox, office@intextredlogistic.com, via a form-delivery service acting as a processor. Nothing is stored on this website itself.
03Purpose and legal basis
We use the data you send us solely to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and negotiate an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract), and for related follow-up correspondence based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
04Retention
We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for any retention periods required by law, after which it is deleted.
05Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties, unless we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
06Cookies
This website does not use cookies — neither its own nor third-party. There are no trackers, analytics identifiers or advertising pixels.
The only thing stored in your browser is a single sessionStorage flag that prevents the opening animation from replaying during the same visit. It contains no personal data, is never sent anywhere, and is deleted automatically when you close your browser. Because no cookies are used, this website does not need a cookie consent banner.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to office@intextredlogistic.com — we will respond without undue delay.
08Complaints
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, Bulgaria — www.cpdp.bg.
